Royal Guard outer / inner cape patterns?

Does anyone have a good pattern for the "Royal Guard" (Star Wars) outer and inner robes? I've tried the 501st ForcePike web site but an actual pattern seems unavailable anytime soon... I have an ABS helmet just about done and am ready for the material (Strictly approved by the 501st) but no pattern and want to do this right.

I have someone who is an excellent seamstress to do the work but she could speed up the time if a pattern is available... Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Just like any other SW costume, you have to find a pattern that is close to what you want to make and then modifiy it to death to get what you want out of it. When I made my robes many years ago, that was what I had to do.
