Questions about making a foam rubber costume

I used to own a Hirogen costume from Voyager, it looked like it was made of some foam material and it was painted.
I want to make a Borg, does anyone know what type of material this is? and where I can get it?
I want to make a life size borg but not borgs from TNG series, the borgs seen in first contact and voyager are foam type suits and this is the look I'm after. Any help?

More than likely, it was (hot )foam latex. Try Monster Makers.

There are newer materials that give similar results that don't require an oven to cure.
