I don't know if it's any help but I'm fairly sure that is an off the shelf Rubies Vader costume. Do you still need a model release even though it's a licensed costume and you can't see the person's face?
yeah the publisher stated i still require a model release for any people in the photo, i was just gonna blur out the kid since im pretty sure i would need a model release for him as well =\
