JACK'S PANT COLOR -POTC 4

I always get confused with the pant color from one movie to the next. However, I want to update my pant color to the POTC 4 version (Is it brown or grey/brown????). What color is it exactly? Does anyone have any good leads to get the material? I will be sewing my own. Thanks, gang. :)

Sparrowed....DOH to me! I forgot about that one! So we pretty much have the entire waistcoat from front back and sides (assuming that both sides are identical).

Is it just me or does the left side of the waistcoat have both the maroon and paisley materials joined but on the above picture the right side looks like there is a split? Is Penelope Cruz left handed so that her scabbard can stick out or is it just the wind blowing it funny? It does appear to be split...thoughts?

Here's my version of the new scarf dangle..idea taken from TPT and also the low res. shots. Although it may seem he has some beads..i'm not 100% i'm on the verge. of copying an idea Jants had as well as this as its my personal wear. (Keith richard jr)

CJS, The fabric is joined together from what I am seeing.
I went out looking for paisley at two different stores...Absolutely NO luck. Nothing even remotely close :(

After reviewing my paisleys I had favourited, this is the only one I'd really consider thus far... It's not quite the same pattern but I'm looking for the general paisley style...not too tight-knit....but more so the correct colour theme. I think the navy and gold just plays so nice with the maroon/brown back of the waistcoat. :)

I searched thru 5 aisles of this and all I found was a gawd awful paisley. :wacko

Thanks, i'm working on another with beads this time as looking at it, it does seem to contain some sort of beadage..CJS, am thinking of combinig the bead strand, thoughts? my old PO8 was a cross between the bead strand it came out fair do's.

I have a question, re-reading past few pages..peep's keep mentioning Jacks PO8, does he even have one now? I mean..the brethren court was made to bind calypso, now calypso is free so the court is no more? Being that the PO8 is like an access card if there is no court then there is nothing to acess so the need for the PO8 becomes..un-needed..is it just a dangle?

Btw Jants is now sporting OTS boots..he got the boots!!! So fricken jealous haha. ace chap.

well.. is all new costume...


the wig is more rasta now.. still not real human hair as the old one..
now a lot of blond stuff...
the vest got a Paisley pattern.. blue with Gold and the button hole trim is gold...
new sash.. same pattern ..but different color.
same baldric..
same shirt pattern.. or at least really similar... but different fabric...
new belts.. same buckles...
same mermaid ...bone..and the chicken foot ( casting from the old ones )
2 guns...
new trousers.. more brown ish now
new boots same color as TCOTBP ( yes they are NEW cos i spoke with the cosprop, and they showed me the pictures..by the way NOT MADE from CABOOTS!now they were make in England.)-- or at least this is what they told me...
bandana the same but now is cut it and dyed redish..

Wow, the new waistcoat is a HUGE change. Not sure I like it, looks too fancy.
