There are no MAC formats for the files since pepakura was never programmed for a MAc and to my knowledge there are no conversion programs.
There are at least two ways to still get what you need. The first is to get the pep files printed to a pdf document which you could then print out and use. This works but makes you dependent on someone else doing the work. Of the two ways I know of this would be the second option in my opinion.
The best option, IMO, is to get a Windows emulator for your MAC which would then allow you to run the Pepakura applications directly. This would allow you much greater flexibility in the pep files you could use and the projects to work on.
MAC Disclaimer: I've never owned a MAC but have seen them on TV and was forced to work on one once. Other then knowing there are emulators for it for Windows applications my knowledge of it stops there. I have nothing personally against MAC computers but the world is dominated by Windows and PCs and I like to eat so my efforts were towards the technologies that dominated Personal and Corporate market shares.

Does anyone have any tips for beginners? I haven't found an easy way to put theses models together.
watch stealth's videos, find a model that is pretty simple to start with don't go in over your head and pick a project that you are not yet ready to do .....and when in doubt... go back and watch the videos. Hint they are on you tube the hero tutorials recommended watching.... Seriously for anyone who is new to all of this stuff.....
