Opinions on a Lineless Ironman Mark iv suit?

Hey everyone
I'm in the midst of making the iron man mark 4 (Robo3687) and i'm done with almost all of it and the lines everywhere are fantastic if your looking for screen accuracy but i'm not since mines not gonna be any of the usual colours.

I was wondering what people who could visualize this better than me would think of a suit without lines. which is to say for example for the bicep the lines that come across the front would be gone but the shape would be the same, i would coat, sand and then wrap the bicep in some grey carbon fiber.

This might make more sense if i said this is similar to removing the line that is created between 2 squares that are placed next to each other, needless to say i will be keeping the angle if there is one there originally.

so... opinions? i'm hoping someone tells me it wont look like crap thanks in advance

It's interesting, but hard to visualise which lines are missing - have you got any concept pictures/sketches?

yeah but you ll need to start all over and taping the templates before to make it if your peping it in cardstock then its another thing ... if you cant start all over again i am using a kind of acrylic stuff from DAP that hide my errors :/ but im sure it will do it !! since its not sandable youll need to make the shape you want BEFORE it dries !!

yeah thankfully im almost done, well... i still have to make the hands, feet and helmet but other than that im done lol i like the idea of coating it all in something though perhaps something like what Xrobots inspired us all to do and coat it in plastic...
