Well, actually you can see the appliances's edges. It's a little bit on top of the fake boobs, and I would rather think that they used silicone appliances, not foam latex, over a flat chest.
Just my two cents.

I'll admit, I'm a guy. This just looks awesome, natural, real. I just can't see how they could move the natural ones so far to the sides, yet... Fascinating, mesmerizing, I can't think straight.
If the model has an small chest, say A or B, they could um...push them to the side a bit i guess and just put the new appliance over top of them like a bra with the third one in the center.

Okay so this is what we establish so far:
1. Definately a she
2. Chest compression
3. Silicone appliances (and why do we call this appliance?)
Side notes:
1. Name: Kaitlyn
2. Chinese-Irish
3. Not a beach landscape
4. No A and B separation
5. 34A or 32B, not ultra flat
The reason I did this is because it is very hard to maintain focus on the tread subject.
