Need help on SW: Phase II Frown
Hey guys I've spent like over 10 hours trying to get this frown down but I eventually gave up. Anybody know a good way to get in a frown in a pepakura phase II helmet? the whole helmet is basically covered in bondo now. (this is my first build)

Sure, get a pencil, ruler, reference pictures, and draw the frown on the helmet. Then, use a dremel to cut the details and use a metal file or sand paper wrapped popsicle stick to refine the details. By the way, is that an animated arc trooper helmet pep from Hass Dardo?

I tried the cutting disk and had horrible results....it was trying to catch the paper on fire. I switched to a smaller diamond grinding tip and worked great.
