I tried watching the making of the fantastic 4 movie and did no come up with any new info. im wondering if its some type of neoprene...
It might be a thin neoprene, but if it's too thick, say 3 millimeters, it gets warm pretty quickly. It would probably be the same material that they made the Spiderman suit out of. May wanna do a search on Spidey suits and see if you can apply any of that to the F4 one.
