yeah im anxious to get it done. I'm modifying now the file so it can be milled out. All the parts of the helmet need to be solids rather than a surface like for pepakura.

Did you get it all resined up?

started to resin it. I got the first coat on it and it is drying, this florida humidity makes it a little tough to work in but so far so good!!!! I will get some pics posted tomorrow of it

well here is some updates on the helmet, i have it all resined and added my bondo, still have alot of sanding to do but here is a quick update so far, i threw some paint on for s&g's....

ahh man that looks so great! Would love to see how it fits on your head.

Did you build the eye piece? i'd also like to see how that worked out and how well it fits inside the faceplate

working on the eye piece as we speak, looking like it is gonna fit like a glove so far. I will try and get pics of me wearing the helmet sometime tomorrow after work. Thanks for all the great comments everyone, they are very much appreciated!!!!
