Thanks guys. i'm pretty excited to finish it. today (10/13) is my last day to finish it. I will take pictures when its complete, and i'm sure to get lots of pics from Comic Con. I still need to find some gloves, and pick up some tabis. i would even like to get a better balaclava. too thick, too hot.

At first I thought the yellow would be too bright but now that I can see you wearing it I must say it suits you extremely well

Here is a pic from comic con. i must have had my picture taken with people over 200 times. I got really good response from the crowd. Really appreciated by people who knew the series it was from. This is my posing with someone dressed as sub zero.

I just picked it up from a hardware store. it was like 5$. for a bunch of it. i made a nice knot at the end and then hid the rest of the rope in my arm brace. I walked around with like 3 feet of rope out. looked cool. Everyone LOVES taking pics with scorpion "spearing" them and being pulled in. Its so fun.

fantastic costume!.. My only critique is this.. I know the yellow tabard is made of a heavier weaved fabric almost similar to burlap. If you were to come closer to he original material you would really nail it.

Yea, i figured it was. But i could not find something like it in the store i was at, so i tried to get a heavy look by using the felt underneath the yellow. My other critique is that the top layer in the front is a 1/2 inch too short. its fine in the back, but i lost too much in the front when i brought all the layers together.
