This thread is to show my progress over the past 1 1/2 years sculpting and creating new armor and boots etc. I've been lucky enough to discover some of the real world parts used on the costume

I have recently made changes to some of the armor pieces shown in the following pictures. Mainly the back armor and the belt have been made more accurate cause they were bugging me

EDIT: These are the updated pictures of the armor 8/29/06

It will include all of the webbing, buckles, fasteners, snaps, velcro, elastic, rivets, assembly instructions etc.

There are more updated pictures of it assembled on page 7 but here is one:

I am with you on this............Moncal.

It's about time to have the most accurate BS armor out there.

    Job very well done.

    Mr. Bojangles,
thanks .... I hope I didn't immediately offend anyone with that comment.... it was basically a joke .. although I was waiting with my guard up hehe

    Paul,
Thanks for the compliments. I know you've got the eye for detail! I started this about a year ago and finally got the ball rolling again this past month.

Ron, thanks man!!! again coming from a talented artist, the compliments are nice.

Turo hehe Yeah I suppose.... I'm really only a master of sleep deprivation!!! and my wife will attest to that

I am very excited to get this suit done. The scout has always been one of my favorites next to Fett and Boushh.

Thanks bud!!! I know I know. I have one more project that I'm sculpting and then I plan to get serious about the Boushh!!! My wife will ensure that hehe I figure it's one of my favorites and I've needed to hone my skills these past couple years so that I can feel comfortable tackling it ... yeah that's it :P

    Benkenove,
Keep any eye out for updates. I will post pics of all the parts once I'm ready to make the whole suit!
