That's from the game, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. It's the moon disc. I've been toying with the idea of making one myself.

videogame Fate of Atlantis was great game, when love everybody this game.
this was once last good stuff from fanmade and I have seen other people used this stone Atlantis stuff not same from game... but is very fun.
I want more props from Indiana Jones, but I haven't good money...
