first off id like to thank robo and stealth for the files, and Drack for all the helpful advice!!

Heres my progress so far of my foam Mark VI...

I love a good iron man build! Hopefully I can set some record and get mine done by Halloween lol! That helmet looks clean

lol, your user name is throwing him off. As it's in the title as well and is also a "mark"

The suit fits me like a glove. I am NOT going for the bulky look. and after all I am a small dude

very cool! looking fantastic and it must b a ***** working with that thick foam. i used the thick one for the chest piece and top part of the forarms and it was a pain. the rest of the suit i used foam that was like...a lil less than half as thick,

imo, its easier working with the thick foam opposed to the thin stuff

a little update....

just got done with the shoulders, painting the trim around the triangle, and painting the little rib pieces. just gotta put a coat of clear on and then the torso is fully done. just gotta finish the arms, legs, and boots!

I brushed on plasti dip and used some dupli color spray paint. Infreno red and sunburst gold.

What do you mean helmet surround?
