The Loki one still needs to be properly finished (I'll need better reference pictures). Helmet is resin, armour is PVC.

The hammer looks really good. Nice detail. Closest I've seen to the movie version yet. Is it for sale, or would the person that made it be willing to make one for sale? It looks like it would be a company produced licensed Mjolnir. I keep waiting for someone to make one such as that, but no word yet.

What is it made of, and about how much does it weigh? I'd really be interested in buying one.

    Great workmanship!

What material did you use to make the horns? Hollow or solid? How fragile was the final product?

    Hi

I made the horns with pvc sheets and then covered them with resin and fiberglass. Bondo and sanding made the rest. They are not fragile at all, but they are a little bit heavy if you wear the helmet for too long

These photos are from the release of the movie in my city. We had a nice evening (and free tickets and dinner, lol)

The photos are not very good, but I don't have better ones yet.

This summer, Patrick Doyle will come to my city for a live concert with Thor OST. They've asked both Thor and me to make a special appareance in the concert. I'll see if I can finish the costume properly for that!

This is looking pretty cool. Did you switch the cape for a darker green in the second set of photos, or is that just the lighting?
I didn't really pay much attention to the costumes for this movie before it came out, but after seeing it last night I decided I'd like to make this costume for my husband in time for Dragon*Con. I really liked all the costumes in the movie (I am completely unfamiliar with the comics though). I might ask you a few questions later about how you did the helmet as I don't have a whole lot of experience with sculpting. I don't recall a ponytail on the helmet in the movie -- is that something from the comics or did I just manage to miss that?

    Hi

The ponytail is something from the comics that also appeared in early concept art for the movie. I decided I loved the look of the ponytail in the concept art, so I added it as a personal detail

The cape is the same in all the photos, just different lightning
