The Indy jacket tends to get darker when you distress it, and there's plenty of discussion on how to do that on Club Obi-Wan. My best advice would be to soak the jacket, briefly dry it in the machine on low heat with tennis balls, hand dry the rest of the way, then put a good coat of tinted brown Pecard paste on it.
