Jack Harper's jacket

Ok, I recently bought a white leather jacket and I want it to look like Jack's jacket from Oblivion. It doesnt have to be exactly like it, in fact, if it only has the upper arm patches with the logo I would be happy. Ok, three things I need help with: The first is making patches, the second is sticking or sewing those patches on the jacket, and the third is to make the jacket look stressed. Any suggestions will be a lot of help. Thanks, and Im new at this whole cosplay thing, so give me rookie suggestions.
