Mockle, this is awesome man.

I saw that you mentioned some moving parts aside from the faceplate, are you planning on having the stabilizers and flaps motorized as well?

Great work in here.

For the hip joint I'd recommend adding a second hinge just above that polycentric joint. You'll be more comfortable if you can abduct/adduct your hips (and it'll be easier to walk). Welding a small universal joint inline would offer the most fluid movement but even a simple hinge mounted to allow sideways motion would help a ton.

If you can get any of Matts work jump all over it.. Love my 1.0 unibeam... the 2.0 unibeam will be out soon get them while there hot.. as well for the 3D helmet.... he puts allot of work into he suit... :D

This is really nice work! I did video integration for my helmet but I put the camera in the crevice at the top of the helmet and blacked it out so you can barely see the lens.

stuck right now.. about to head back to work so can not spend as much time working on suit. Waiting on some items..

So I was goofing off made this part for the Display 1:6 figures I like to work on...



will show it off later once its finished...

I might have missed it, but what video viewer are you using? I've been wanting to go this route, but don't want to spend a ton of money.

Its a itheater that's being use. say its like viewing a 50" TV.....:D
