no, it will weigh approximately 20 kg, but spread over the entire body.
And mobility I do not know, I is not finished but you should be fine, I did well ls joints and systems

I buy aluminum in a warehouse specializing in metalworking in Paris.

for 9 m² tolle aluminum, it cost me 225 Euros = 9x25 = 260 Dollars.
For the foam, it costs me 60 euros = 70 dollars
and for the straps and clips: $ 50
-I forget the shoes of construction: $ 50
-the red combination: $ 40

Basically a total of 260 +70 +50 +50 +40 = 470 dollars

the painting? I do not know yet

Sorry but These are plans that I draw directly on the metal, I is a vague cardboard model and not finalized
