i had all the pieces pep-ed up....
i'm still using glazing putty on them and then sand them...
oh by the way...i didn't use fiberglass or resins in my suit...
my friends called my "medium" on hardening my stuff paper mache....
well it is related to paper mache....

you could also use epoxy primer or epoxy 2 part mix (the ones in tubes) to harden your pieces.
pareng maided, after the paper tape, ano gamit mo hardener? paper tape all the way ba? thinking of using your technique on my works.
i dont use other mediums on hardening my suit....i want my suit "environmental"....
again i can't uplod any progress pictures... :|

my shoes with my war machine helmet, my puttied iron man helmet for my mark VI and my finished iron man helmet for my mark III
and the mark VI back with the pre-painted spine part
this looks pretty awesome!

great work! But i think you'd have a problem regarding durability and such.
what did you use for the joints,it looks soft and flexible

compared to resined suits ofcourse it is less durable....
but it is durable according to my test (i try to step on one of the parts and tada!! it doesnt break off)....
besides i dont want to make a suit that's similar to those i've seen before...
and i'm not that rich to buy resin stuff or whatever chemical hardener or what-so-ever you call them....
i like my work...
my father does like it...
