what thickness foam are you going with there?
Very nice work do far. It seems you are still missin some pieces to your forearm.
looks like you have put the upper forearm piece on your bicep. it should be on your forearm dude! flip it the other way round and slide it into your lower forearm then link the elbow to that! top work with the foam though!
Took a break from cutting out some templates for the arm and managed to finish my arc reactor. :]

Wow, very, very clean cut and no excess glue? Nice.
Your forearm position need to turn 90 degrees, so the elbow will not hit the forearm missile thingy.
Yeah, Tom and imim are right. No big deal. Easy fix. Still, very nice work! And yes, we all understand the monotony of cutting foam!! Haha!
A plastic pencil container for the base, clip-on lights submersible lights and a 1 inch resin disc.
I just cast the resin in the bottom of the pencil case (It fit perfectly in the hole for the breastplate). I turned it over and cut out the bottom so it was a tube, clipped the lights on the edge and viola!
Cost me about 7 dollars for materials if you don't count the resin. :]
