thanks catkraze
managed to get a little more done.
the calves are molded n cast (not taken pics yet).
need to thicken up mold of left one as a little thin n ended up with a few dimplesdoh.
molded n cast front n rear foot flaps.
then onto the boots, had already made 2,but decided there was something missing.
articulation,repulsor housing.
so onto a bit of modding, cut one in half, hinge it,create repulsor housing from 2 pieces of pvc pipe and then add a little kick up to the rear of the heel.
what do you reckon?worth the hassle?
original boot
modded boot

casts
HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS
Nice Work!! Man I wish I was as far along as you are

Really awesome work. I think this is my second post here but seriously, I've been following your work for some time now and been impressed with every update. Hope to see this beast of a suit soon for completion.![]()
wow - just unreal.
I just signed up for the forums and will be building my first pep costume shortly, so this may be a question that has been asked repeatedly on the forums (so I might need a redirect). How do you create the molds to cast your parts.
I understand they're from your original pep/fiber/bondo parts - but how do you make the molds from there, materials, etc. and then how do you cast? Rotational molding? equipment involved, materials, thanks.
You guys inspire me
Fingaz you make it !!! a very fantastic perfect work men !!!
