Iron Man Mark 7 (New pics on page 5!)

the reason why it might seem short, is because on the mannequin, you dont have the space between the leg and the codpiece. there generally is a 5-10 cm gap, so you have some motion there

also,i would build a neck seal, thats the only thing thats missing from the complete picture
it will look even better after that

Yeah I was looking at that.. There's actually the top parts of the thighs tucked up in the cod.. I also pushed and held in the sides of the chest and abs and it looked better but I'm not sure what I'll do hold them like that.

I ran out of paint and plasti dip for the neck seal and so I didn't really make one.

and I also want to make the unibeam but I don't know where to get the parts for it.

did you use the default sizes for the pieces?

I dunno if it's just me but it seems like the head is kinda small for the body. Actually, it could just be the lack of the neck piece that throws off the image.

Probably just me though lool.

But overall, amazing stuff. I am so jealous. I'm just really lazy to start on mine :O

no i just painted straight onto the plastidip

Which file did you use for making gloves? Can you please give me a link?

Great looking suit, man. I wouldn't be disappointed in it if I were you.

Did you connect the fingers of the gloves with some sort of tab? Just curious, as that what it looks like in the close-up pics.

Here is the painted helmet! I'm not the best at painting but I'm happy with this.
I haven't cut out the eyes or bottom back piece to make it wearable yet.

I just need to do the lights for the helmet and suit and assemble the parts with the joints!

Duplicolor Red Toraedor Met(Fl) automotive paint
And Gold colored heat resistant paint

just some small rectangle pieces of foam for the fingers




I'm going to reajust the height of the hips+torso cuz they are actually sagging over the thigh joints wayy too much, and I positioned the abs wrong. But I'm really busy right now
