Not sure yet papi. The suit should be completed around that month.. But the helmet...Probably.....I'm not sure yet

Updates.
Looks like I didn't have to make the 3rd AB-Revamp after all.




Am also done with the neckpiece.





And some test fitting. No mk8 helmet yet, so used ProjectEarth's im helm for now.



And As you can see, I attached the top most part of the abs to the chest for increased mobility, and I think I still got the curvature of the statue quite well.






The back. Got it correct, together with the right position on the abs.





So far I have to complete the arms and then the shoes. Then the covers and finally the helmet.

[and yes I was watching TWD season 3 on the background ]

Once all is done, time for the electronics. I have word that therealstark will be shipping the v2 arc reactors on the 26th, so I might have mine around the 1st week of november. Wooo! Hopefully all will work out well.

Sorry about the delay. Been quite busy with some projects. Been busy with the mk7 as well since I sold it.

Here are some teaser pictures. The rest will be posted once I'm done with the details.





Will work on sealing the seams, sealing the parts then the bloody helmet.

Again sorry for the lack of updates, been busy with Halloween and all them side projects. Here are some progress photos. Done with the shoes. Will work on the details later, then to the palms and lastly, the helmet. Here are some pictures.





I don't have a full body mannequin atm, so sorry for these pictures. Will try to get suit up once I buy the necessary materials.

Thanks! Don't worry, since Halloween's over, I think I can post more updates as I'm nearing the completion of the suit.

Anyway, here are more pictures. I completed detailing the shoes btw. Not 100% accurate, but I think it won't be noticed.

Found these clips lying around the house that I bought a long time ago, for my mk4 I think, and thought I could use them now for this suit. It swivels actually, planning to use it for the joints of arms and legs.



Was trying to do the suit pose in the comfy "Sofa". The mobility turned out pretty good.



And a test "Leg" fit



and look 'ma, he can stand on his own. [*kidding*]



Again apologies for my crappy pics. Just usin' my old cell camera atm. Will try to get HD pics once I get the strapping on before I coat the parts. Then on to the helmet, the most painstaking part. Wish I had money to buy one of them Finhead's helmet.

Just some minor updates. Done putting soles/additional height onto the shoes. Looks far better now. Did some test fititng for the legs and looks great! Also found a way to attach some lights onto the shoe.



I have all the parts ready for sealing, and will probably do that by tomorrow. Resined the new helmet already, thanks to skylu3Design for the helmet file.



The joints for the arms worked perfectly. Will post more updates once I get hold of more pictures.

Anyway, going back to the suit, I got some parts primered and sanded, still needs some slight bondo touchup for the seams and 1 - 2 coats more of sealant. I'm aiming for a fiberglass finish look without using fiberglass. Here are some teaser photos.








Sorry no more PVA solution or plastidip here.

I must say, your MK8 suit proportion really looks great and you making it freehand is just amazing!

Now I think you may not worry about the helmet thing... its been started (working on it non-stop... lol)

Wow, I know this has been said before, but this looks amazing - specially for a freehand - specially without a mannequin to lay out the parts... your brain must be amazing at converting 3D to 2D... a rare talent!
