I am currently working on peping the mk 47 iron man helmet I will post the file when it is finished.

chronos1981 - Are you using sellotape to put the pieces together on the helmet? I just wanted to let you know that I made my 1st helmet with card and sellotape. I then fiberglassed the helmet fine and then bondo/body fillered it. Over time littery days/weeks it started to chip away because the fiberglass couldn't grip onto the tape.

I then used a glue gun for my 2nd helmet and never had any issues.
Just thought i'd give you a heads up before you finish the whole helmet in tape mate :)
 
I used 3M scotch tape on my first iron man helmet about 4 years ago it still looks ok except for where the kids stood on it and broke the jaw off. I also used spray body fillerbefore the resin coat on the outside.

I kinda rushed the bondo and the paint on the old one.
