For simplicity, I ignored that whole triangular piece. I cut out the whole part then went back an cut the triangle out and recessed it then glued it back in. Mine ended up looking like this:

It should have a small 3d effect, almost like a inverted mini pyramid.
I would suggest concentrate on cutting along side 18 and 19 to get those pieces together. Cut along the dashed line so you can actually glue down side 18. Though because you lose paper from that part. Just tear off a piece of cardstock and reclose the slit from behind.

Spider killer is right if you are going for the most detail you can (in foam) I just went for simplicity.
