Help scaling halo spartan armor in pepakura

Hi, I'm looking to build my own spartan armor from the halo series and I was wondering if anyone here could help me scale the parts in pepakura by giving me a set formula. The way I did the helmet was measure the height of my head, add 2 inches, and then convert that to millimeters and then change the pep files height to said millimeters. However, I'm not too sure about measuring all of the other parts (biceps, calves, chest, forearm, shoulders). If anyone has any experience with using pep to make armor any help would be appreciated.

Also, 405th is still down so I can't go there like I usually do.
