Help for 3D Model

Anybody knows how program I can use to make this cat head:


I don´t have experience in 3D design, Anybody can help me to make it?

Both Google Sketch Up and Blender are free.

I've messed around in Sketch Up and it does the job. Although I just noticed you have to pay for it to export as a 3DS file. You could probably use the free version to create and print scale cross sections of your work but maybe not much else.

Never tried Blender, but there is some amazing stuff in its gallery, plus it is open source and supports read and write to many formats. If I were you I would do some research on Blender.
