I'm pretty sure they were custom made from an existing pair. I don't know the name brand but the soles wre extended to make him taller.

On the Hellboy II Special Features Disk in the special edition, the costume designer mentions that the boots for the second movie were custom, because they wanted the boots to give the impression that there was a cloven hoof inside them rather than a human foot, (like in the comic.)

But other than a seam up the center of the toe cap, they looked about the same as the off-the-shelf ones from HB1.

If it means THAT much to you, you could probably commission some from Motorcowboy. They do customs too.

The soles were definitely extended on the HB1 boots.
