Fight Club Tyler Durden T-shirts?

Supposedly but no one has ever confirmed it. And if it is a true vintage jacket, then it's just crazy that another one has not popped up in almost 20yrs. And if this was just a vintage prototype then Kaplan must've loved it an awful lot to keep almost every detail identical except for the pointy flap pocket. I don't mind the pockets as much as everyone does. I like that collar a lot. It looks like a real jacket. I just think the replicas that are being made including the JL jackets have collars that are too big and wide. They look they're trying to replicate the look pitt created by pulling the jacket collar out to the sides. And I love the way the stitching on this one lumps up like the SA did. Oh and no, there are no images of pitt wearing this jacket. The only time the jacket fits really loose on brad is when he meets Raymond k hessel and that's because you can tell he's really lost a lot of weight at that point in the film.
 
Well if I had my pick, this is the jacket I'd want. The screen used version, not the vintage one.

Did you find where it's at? If you go you'll have the opportunity to take the best pics of the jacket anyone has ever taken
 
I wonder if the two jackets on display, the one with the red pants and Moro shirt and the one with the toucan shirt and track pants are different jackets. Two different screen used jackets
 
If I remember correctly, I have heard that JAL made about 8 jackets for the film. I read that from someone on filmjackets who works in the movie industry. I can't vouch for the validity of that, but it's still posted somewhere in that long thread on there. I'm not sure if that includes the Mayhem jacket or not, but that one's only in 2 scenes so I imagine they could get by with 1 or 2 of those. The majority of them I am sure are the "main" Durden jacket.

It looks like Soul proved that those two in particular are the same one, but isn't it possible that they used other ones for other scenes/uses? Just speculating here.

These can very well be three different jackets. Look at the button hole positioning on every jacket. I think it could be two or even three different jackets. What is crazy though, is that on the screenused xmart original vintage jacket, the top button is cracked off, and on the jacket Pitt is wearing while walking to set, the top button also appears to be cracked. I even circled some areas where distressing and fading is evident on both jackets. If the button positioning and flap pocket detail were the same, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference other then the color. SOUL is 100% right. A lot of work went into making Pitt's jacket appear vintage.. CRAZY :thumbsup

YUP. definitely the same jackets :thumbsup those ive always been able to identify because the lapel folds over the top button. But the one he wears when he holds up Raymond k hessel and picks up marla from home, don't fold over the top button.

Nice man, looking forward to those pics. I was going to pm you and let you know the exhibit is in AZ. I've been wanting to go to one of the exhibits to get some quality shots, but they've all been kind of far (London, Virginia), Arizona isn't too far though. I might still make it out there, it's open for a couple months. I'll send you a pm with some photo requests AJ
