The cut looks exactly like the can-can shirt Tyler wears and the pattern is by the same painter. Toulouse Lautrec.

Jane Avril is the dancer and the painter is Lautrec .. I just snagged a mens short sleeve in L and Mhenri-de-toulouse-lautrec-can-can-jane-avril-695003.jpgThe one Roach posted is listed as a womens' shirt.
 
Soul, have you collaborated with Blacksugar on the replication of the sports tank? Has he allowed you to copy it or get the details to make the best replica possible? It's hot as hell right now and I'm looking forward to the sports tank before summer ends. Any time frame on that one?
 
Hey, so if the original sports tank BLACK SUGAR found has the same exact print as the film's shirt, but in a different patter and different order of athletes, could it be the shirt was rearranged somehow?? What do you guys think??
 
Have you been on Soulinertia's site yet? Or looked back through some of the pages of this thread? Soulinertia already has the print.

Iamjw, I haven't seen the prints of the sports tank. My question was if anyone thought the shirt in the movie was customized since blacksugar's sports tank is the same except the pictures are in different order

Mine was different because all shirts with graphics are usually not in the same position as another. He didn't have my graphics to the sports tank because he already has one.
 
I'm sure they used huge sheets of fabric with the repeated pattern and would cut off enough material for each tank from different sections of the same sheet, resulting in the different placement of the print on the tanks. Still pretty common I think
