Hey guys, thought I would put this chart up for you to see and copy.It has helped me a lot with my mixtures for resin and gelcoat. Used this with the Jetpack building and saves a lot on headaches and getting it right. I used to just guess but with the chart you can time each run of resin .

That's about what I use (8 drops/oz.) when the outside temp is around 75-80F. Keep in mind that the amount of MEKP will vary depending on temp. On a project last December I ended up needing 14 drops/oz. and still had a good 20min working time before it gelled up. The temp was 60F.

I usually mix up a couple half oz. batches with guestimated drops of MEKP and then just watch the clock.

Yes, I usually spray mine thru a HPLV paint gun. As far as the gelcoat anyway. Not much waste with the chart. The temp does matter to.
