Eye makeup question for our Jack Sparrows
I'm doing a costume which requires really dark, heavy eyeliner, similar to what Jack Sparrow wears. I've used just standard eyeliner in the past, but that fades and smudges badly. What do y'all recommend?

Re: Eye makeup question for our Jack Sparrows
I always used liquid eyeliner, both as Jack Sparrow on several occasions for hot, sweaty costume nights at clubs and also during my Goth days in dank, hot, sweaty underground clubs. Never so much as a smudge, once it's dried!!

Re: Eye makeup question for our Jack Sparrows
a gel based eyeliner - the type that comes in little pots and applied with a brush is often sweat, oil and tearproof and can be smudged to create the jack look aswell as built up to create even heavier black eyeliner. To make it even darker, adding matt black eyeshadow on top will not only set it but make it last longer too.
