Jul 27, 2012 - Doing the inside of my Iron Man helmet tonight. Rondo or Fiberglass? #1

So here are my plan choices. Trying to get a feel for what would be best, as I'm only getting one shot at this. The pep build for this particular helmet was awful. Too many small bits.

Without further dudes, here are my choices:

    A) Spray the inside with tack glue, and lay out all my fiberglass strips. Pour resin in, and do it area by area. (This is how I normally do my fiberglass work)

    B) Rondo in, no fiberglass cloth.

    C) Same as A), but instead of pouring resin, I pour in Rondo.

    D) Pour Rondo in, press fiberglass into the rondo.

I actually just did mine last night. I did (A) with the tack glue then resined it to harden. Tongiht im going to rondo the inside to make it ticker and not as jagged with the fiberglass.

    THAT'S a VERY good idea.
    Hmmmm....How's it feel today? Bombproof?
I'm looking for something that will last when I'm done, and not crack or break.
