For 2014 it was a hard decision as I have twins. We watched the pilot episode of the classic Battlestar Gallactica and both kids wanted to be cylons. Last year was a big challenge as I went ahead and made an Iron Patriot full body costume for my son. We went off to Comic Con and took 2nd place for a first time build.
The biggest challenge was making sure both costumes would still fit after I was completed. The second challenge was installing the lights and sound.
