This is the best foam bat I have seen! I am very impressed. I have seen a lot of people try this and then mess up the proportions.
What did you use for the undersuit? Is that a spandex morphsuit or a wets suit?
To do the shoulders, I would use expanding foam to make a buck of the shape you want and then heat up some EVA and stretch it. It is how I made the shoulders on my desert storm suit.

The undersuit is just grey spandex that I misted with paint to darken I did not have the mesh to use sadly ! But thank you everyone for your kind words I'm working on the back now and shoulders
just a quick mock up of the shape needs to be cleaned and shaped a bit more. I am impressed with what you can do with this eva foam it is very fun to work with

Thats an awesome costume! Great work. If you really want to make it pop though the cape needs to be wider across the shoulders to do the foam justice.
I'm very impressed, maybe you can give us a short tutorial on how you made everything? This could save us some boku bucks this year for sure.
Yea I can do that! The foam I uses was the 4 pack Eva foam it was like 17$ and I did a lot of thinning down with it because it's pretty thick. So for the abs and and shouldiers I thinne it down alon the ashes where the peices meet to give it the right look I also used a heat gun to head ad streatch the foam and it works pretty well
Also my cape I'm using is a returns style cape it's pleather and its really heavy and the closure is a back pack type clip so the ends are thin and small I think that's what makes it look like that when it's attached I'm working on it

Just look up how to make craft foam look like leather on YouTube and you'll find it. I was going to post the link but it not working for some reason. Your Suit look amazing though!!
