I've read through this thread back and forth a couple times and i may just be blind, but i can't find the fingers or the shoe pep files. does anyone have them?

Search for Zabana's, his glove and boots are the best available. The calf was modeled to fit up with Zabana's boot.
Thank you SO MUCH!!! I love your build, I can't wait to get started on this.
err, would the would the robo 3867 boot work too? ive been messing with the scaling and i cant seem to get the pieces to fit together, at the pelvis specifically... im 5' 7' (173~ cm) and seriously thin... like 55 kilos (120~ pounds)... anybody got a clue how to scale it right? :P hitting a wall as i started was disheartening...
The robo3687 boot has some cool features and is a very simple build, but watch your alighnment it is easy to warp and deform if you are not careful!! I too had issues with the scaling on Robo and ultimately brought the scale up to 23 that gave a listed height of 179 mm width of 127 and depth to 388 per the pop up window where you change that. I have a
9 1/2 to size 10 American shoe size, so this fits. The scale does not seem to correlate to the actual size it comes out on my previous attempts. Understand I am a newbie and learning as well, so the mistake is probably mine. As DancinFool wrote, you can use the Zabana it is scaled at 1.o and came out perfect. It is a technical build though and patience is required, but it comes out sweet! I am almost finished with mine. If you make your lines really straight and watch close it is very self alighning and very straight...Check out my boot build!
I like too that Dancin made his build able to use Zabana boots and gloves!

Im 5'7" and its been quite interesting build. I went default for abs and cod piece and then im at a scale factor of 23.64 for the rest. Seems to be working so far. I did start the legs at the default scaling which i may encounter being too big. but im gonna go through it and see if that decreases the gap between the leg and the cod piece
i know you will think im crazy but i have assembled a team of my friends and we are building a METAL iron man suit based on the unfolded schematics. so thank you for helping me get a jump start!![]()
you look like a pro. are u?
Funny, I had the same thought today. My brother in law has all the welding and tig, thought an actual sheet metal IM would be cool, until I thought about hammering and dollying all the curves and compound angles, ouch! I hope you do it! I would love to see it, OMG, especally a high gloss MK2 sweet!

Very cool thread... Thanks for sharing your work.
I am curious as to how we are supposed to do this. I downloaded the files, and opened it, and there is no right or left its just cal,f thigh, shoulder bell, etc. I have searched both google and the rpf with no avail. I have heard something about mirroring, and I went into Pep designer, and found mirror part. this simply mirrors the one peice you have selected, not the whole part.. ugh..
Dancins files of parts that are sometimes single files that need to be inverted. To get the matching shoulder say, you go into Pepakura designer 3 and go to your 2d menu and select "invert pattern" this will flip the pattern so you can make your duplicate part. This goes for things like the knee dongles file the neck dongles... and parts that need opposite pairs It does not invert the 3d master image though, only the paper pep files!
Hope that helps! Pull up a file and watch closely as you invert and un-invert back to the regular pep image you will see it happen!
If you print up your files in large batches make sure you keep them together and separate to avoid co-mingling parts LOL! that would be a hot mess!![]()
Finally found Zabana's Boot and finger peps. The fingers are spot on, but the boots, I was looking for the boots in this first picture, and zabana's boots are the second.
That would be my pic!
That boot is ROBO, but I strongly suggest you to go with Zabana's. More accurate unless you really want a bigger more massive boot, then ROBO is what you need!
Where would I find the robo pep file? I really like that style.
In the ROBO thread!
Use the search function, you'll find it quite easily I'm thinking
Hey Dancin_Fool was wondering why the helmet is not in the complete zip file? Is it the one that is just below it?
Did I do something wrong with the scale?
I had the ratio at 17.272000 for someone who's 5'8" inches tall
Thanks man! The nice pictures will help me fitting all parts. Impressive and subscribed!
maybe more like 1.525000 divided by 72 inches (6 feet) multiplied by 68 inches (5 feet 8 inches) gives closer to 1.440278 - if the default scale for 6 feet is 1.525
EDIT however the pep files I have just downloaded give a default scale of 1.639500 which would then be 1.548417 although at 1.525 the unibeam hole is 90mm across which according to the creator http://www.therpf.com/f24/dancinfool...ml#post2177473 is the correct default size
