Catching Fire Arena Costume - Where to start?

I see NECA are making tops for the arena and training costumes, and at the end credits, Adidas was mentioned, so I guess they did the boots (that look like boxing shoes). Other than that, does anyone have other sources for the pants and knee pads?

curious as well, if anyone knows, can you PM me with any info on the boots, I need to find as close to screen accurate boots for my wife....

We believe the base boots were Adidas Champ Speed 2s which seem to have the laces removed, a zip added to the side, the tongue lowered and the insignia (strips etc) blacked out. The only problem with the adidas boots is they only start in a UK size 5. For my Katniss arena I've actually bought some Lonsdale boots which I am altering to look close to the ones used, this is mainly cause I'm only a UK size 3-4 so can't get the boots in my size.
