Casis Ark 1 Mission Patch

Not really a movie prop, but I saw this patch for the Casis Program, and immediately wanted one.

As far as I can see, it's not available as a consumer product, so i have found a good quality image of it, and plan to get a custom patch made.

Does anyone have any experience with any patch making companies? any recommendations/things I should watch out for?
