So after a nice day a work and the rain coming down I thought I would sit in the green house and dye the suede and add the laces to the boots Ive put a before and after shot and the one with me wearing them in jeans is the final shot to give a taster of what they would look like with the blue suit trousers..

they look spot on mate, wish I would've been able to find a pair similar but will make do with what I have for now

Just from the boots and star, this is going to be a fine uniform.
We need more Captain America and less Iron Man.
thanks fly.. i making slow progress but aiming for the best items i can afford instead of rush buying and not being happy with the end product! and i agree less ironman and more cap and thor but I would love an ironman suit one day
Unfortunately, Iron Man is what I have been asked to make. Going to try and hold out for Iron Patriot but I don't think it will fly.
That is why I am so happy that fellow in France has that five day I.M. suit.

Received my suit from Hello Cosplay today. Thought I would share this pic as I had them modify the back to be a single strap like in the movie. Yeah, it's not perfect, but at least it gives me something to work with. All in all, for the price, I am pleasantly surprised. They made it according to my measurements and they did a pretty good job, but the neck opening, like on others, is too big. It looks like that should not be a huge alteration problem.
Can we see some more pics of it please?!
Looks better than they originally had it, the main thing I like out the hellocosplay version is the shoulders, they have the nice padded shoulder bits but other than that I'm still a fan of the other version, look forward to seeing your modifications dude, good luck
They did a good job on the straps. Should be very easy to insert the star buckle.
For those that may be ordering a suit do we ask for a Louie? and was there any additional cost?
Really looking forward to seeing this completed.
If you post a full shot, not to be to probing, but can you include your height and weight.... just as a reference for us big kids.

And no, they did not charge an additional cost. If you order, there is a comments section where you can include detailed measurements. I added that I wanted a single strap back so it looked more like the movie version, and for them to email me first if they had any questions. I guess they knew what I was talking about and/or that they have received that request in the past, because I never heard from them. Also, I was pretty impressed with how fast they made it and got it to me. Again, I'm really happy with it. I can see how with some modifications it will look awesome. I won't obsess over every detail like some, but it should be nice enough to impress come Halloween.
No doubt it is and will be impressive.
I am unfortunately one of those obsessive yet frugal people.

The center strap going down the back? It's just shy of one inch and three quarters. 1 3/4"
I also have a couple questions: How much bigger was the neck opening than your actual neck, and does the back strap still attach to the white undershirt like the front straps? I'm interested in getting this suit and wanna know what I'm in for.=P
