That's a pretty broad question, there's a lot to do on a full costume. You might want to pick a part to start with, say the helmet, finish it up, then move onto another part of it. As for where to start with a Boba Fett helmet... I'm not sure, never done one, haha.
However, use the search feature and go through a variety of keywords. I just did a quick search that led to the RPF sister site Boba Fett Costume Resource
Might want to register on there and spend a lot of time reading, I would venture to say any question you have on the costume has already been asked and answered.
