hey guys doin a arrow suit for a halloween party. parts are starting to come together. have to work on the details, bow,arrows, gaunlets, leg sheath and such. what u think? will prob sell it after im done. just made a eye mask for now but ill prob go screen match and use the eye paint
by "arrow" do u mean traditional Green Arrow, or the one from the new CW show arrow? (btw, i highly recomend u watch it, so far its great, and it even reference's "speedy's" drug issues) Because if ur going for the CW version, based on wat i saw in the pilot, it looked like he painted on a green strip around his eyes, not wearing a mask. just a thought
yup thats correct he paints his eye mask on. was a id ea i was thinking of doing, just worried about the swet part.and ya its the new arrow tv show version im going for. i got the gloves done im doing the side holster and forearm arrow holder to
looks good to start, I do however think you need a more fitted jacket. I have seen
a few people do this version and I have always noticed the main issue is the jacket not being fitted. It is a great start though.
thanks oliverqueen! ya its hard to find a mens jacket that is fitted well. im sure his was custom made for the show.

very cool dude i saw it in your thread,looks great. im just unsure of how his boots are bc i dont thinkthey show them in the show often. are they combat boots?
Yeah I actually just took some tan combat boots I got second hand and dyed them green. Good enough for a costume. I have lots of pictures of the real costume that was on display at comic-con, so let me know if you want to take a look at them and I can send them to you.
