I think from the character's universe, we wouldn't know his coat is made by Vince or that his spectacles are Oliver Peoples unless we researched it due to the lack of identifiable branding. They could be from Target for all we know! And his Nike Dunk Low's retail for about $100, which isn't anything out of the norm for a kid with one or two pair of shoes who wears them everyday...he's not a sneaker head/collector or anything.

But a board will always have some type of identifiable branding, which would directly go against this notion of him saying on parkerspov.com that he "can't afford fancy new skateboards." Not to mention, making his own just adds to that traditional trait of Parker being good with his hands and innovative. And, if you skate, you know that you can go through those pretty quickly so making his own boards in my opinion fits in line with the character's background...the costume stuff you just have to kind of looked past.

Plus, as you said it makes life easier on you because now you, like Parker, can just make your own boards for your cosplay! You might have to look up a few formulas though.

Finally found a navy hoodie with no logo, with blending hood pulls and zipper, bad news is at the moment it's only available in large navy smart hoodie - hoodies - hoodies / sweatshirts - men - River Island

Thanks for that. I'm not entirely sure they're 100% correct but they are pretty close. I think I'll do a Parker camera replica as well. It's a cool piece to replicate and looks to be virtually inexpensive. Has anyone ID'd the flash and what I can only assume is a timer?

Great minds think alike! Designed a similar pair myself, although on those you showed the laces are the wrong color and the blue on the overlay is too dark. Parker's laces appear to be a dark blue/almost black with the overlay being a grayish blue.

This is the best reference photo I've found to use when building a pair.



Nike ID will allow you to pretty much customize a pair of Dunk Low's exactly like his except for one major element...the tongue and upper section are a light gray while the side is white.

Nike ID however only allows you to make these two sections one color (as you can see on mine, I went for the Matte Silver on those two sections, which is a better and more accurate alternative to stark white). Kind of a bummer. But still a close enough option, considering no one has been able to track down a pair of his Dunks that were available on the retail market, leading everyone to believe they were made by Nike for the film.

Hahahahaa! Try finding size 14s nikes dude. The only nikes I've found that I can get sizes in are Jordans.
