Vacuum Forming Sheet Guide

Hi

I am building a vacuum forming table and am a bit overwhelmed with all the 'poly' this and 'poly' that names for stuff. I need to order large sheets of the stuff and don't want to order the wrong thing. Is there a guide or place to read up on this? I tried searching the forum but ended up jumping from one thread to the next where words are used interchangeably and inconsistently.

Polystyrene or styrene for short....you can't go wrong with it for vac forming.
