Train model stores for sure carry a product for the use in train dioramas.
You may want to change your thread title to something more specific, btw., to get more hits.

hurm....yes mayhaps I should have specified it needed to be clear....
You will find clear casting resins at most hardware stores, but I think your better off going to a specialist fibre glass supply store.
