Well, sort of free. All you need is a 3D printer.
I created a model kit of the Lightcycle from the first Tron movie and you can download it for free over at Thingiverse.com
I have both a Replicator and a Thing-O-Matic and they are great tools if you like modeling.

It is about 6 inches long. Scale to us or the game grid? That might make it 1:20th scale or 500,000,000:1 depending on what world your referencing
