My Pepakura Collection
Hi everyone, I've been in the hobby of making pepakua and PDF files for people since 2007, I do this by pulling models from videogames (also getting permission from the company that made the game before pepping) or finding a 3d model and getting permission from the original modeller before turning it into pep. I've also done panels at All-Con and at Dragon*Con this year on how pepakura is done. I am known by many names across many fan group like the 405th website where I am known as Nintendude and that's just one of the few sites I belong to, i am actually a member of over 30 fan sites dedicated to costume making. Now I am here to share with you what I have and I'll update my list here on the 1st page whenever I make a new file. Mainly I'm not doing a pepakura file every day like I used to but I'm still finding 3D models for people to use in projects.

i like your site, and i think there's a lot of information there, im just finding it difficult to see all the different things you have pep for.
you have popular pages/ most visted, but i cant seem to see any directory of ones that arent frequently visited. a complete directory of what you have would be very useful to those of us dabbling in this new medium. if there is one, where would i be able to find it? |

Do you mean a complete directory of files or pages? I'm sure I can do something with the first page if I can understand you better. I wish I could find my old Rocketter Helmet file that was deleted with my original 4Shared by the 4Shared team I had over 300 files until they removed it all.

thank you for making the changes.
i uploaded it for you: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service have you built it? i had to build it 3 different times to scale it, then to get it symmetrical. i noticed it was easier to print a mirrored copy of the helmet and take the same half off each print(regular, and mirrored) to make a symmetrical helmet, and im still running into problems. i still really appreciate the file though, because its a hell of a lot more easier to start from this, than scratch build my own rocketeer bucket again like i did before. |

Hmm might have to look at fixing the original file if it's possible, I kind of figured it needed some re-scaling to begin with it was one of the first few files I ever worked on. Right now I'm having fun though trying to get Judge Dredds Armor parts done.

Vagabond, I have never tried or even heard of pep until yesterday when I read about it on this site. I'm looking to make a robocop suit/costume and saw you had the download file available for it. I have a MAC and I downloaded it, but can't see anything when I open the files. Do I need to install a special pep program or something first? Also; do you think this method of building would be easier or harder than doing it out of foam camping mats covered by flexbond like some people have made ironman suits out of?

Iron Man is a little less detailed than Robocop also with Pepakura Designer or Viewer the programs don't work with a MAC but I know there are programs out there that work with Pepakura files or after I finish I can convert the files for Robocop to PDF for you.
