    Mar 13, 2012 - Liquid Latex Help #1

    Hi,
I have a few questions about working with liquid latex.

    1. What should I use to mix with it as colouring? (ex tint/paint) Or would it be best to paint after it has dried? I know that you can mix acrylic paints with it, but it will compromise the strength if you use too much. I don't want it stretching out of shape so I will need some advice on this.

    2. If I were to pour a mould that's a bit less than 1cm deep, then how long would it take to dry if I filled it all at once? Brushing it on in layers would take forever to achieve the thickness I need.

I would GREATLY appreciate any experienced advice on this.
