DLM Federation Flasher with Excelsior Refit?

I saw this while looking for parts for my kit, and as I'm not so good with electronics, I'm basically wondering how to use this for all of the blinking nav lights and strobes? Like how many LEDs it can take and things like that. Also if anyone knows the location of all of the lights that would be really handy!

Also, as this board is for flashing lights, how can I add the steady lights for the windows using the same power supply?

Should be easy enough to just run a feed from your power supply to a seperate led for the window lights,

I don't light my models but I know others have used DLM's circuit board for the flashers and are good.
