39" Long SEAVIEW Model

Here is my Seaview model.

I have drilled lots of holes into the control panels inside the sub so i can fit fiber optics and the TV screens and radar screens have been cut out and fitted with tinted plastic and have light boxes built to hold an LED. The LED in place for the photos is too bright, its just there to give you an idea how it will look.

I cut out all the vents down the sides of the Seaview (long job!)

The flying sub has a magnet built into the roof on the inside and the seaview has a hidden magnet inside the roof of the bay, so the flying sub is easy to fit inside and remove:

Looking forward to the build. This is one of my favorite ships.

Very cool......but can you electrify the hull to ward off any giant octopus?

Nice!

If you are interested, Cultman's website has a phenomenal DVD with David Merriman "accu-rizing" a larger sea-view hull. I have the video and it kicks butt.

LOVE the Seaview. Always have. And you've done a great work here. Congratulations. I've got this kit and hope to descend on it someday...

The idea of using magnets to lock in that flying sub... how cool is that!
